(Christian Courier) Earlier this month, Amelia Kate Bowes, a third-year student won the Word Guilds Fresh Ink award for young writers. Congratulations to all those nominated. The finalists will be honoured, and awards presented, at a gala event to be held on June 11, just ahead of the Write Canada national convention. The awards are sponsored by The Word Guild, a national association with the mandate of encouraging, equipping, and empowering Canadian Christian writers and editors. Formerly known as The God Uses Ink Awards, these writing prizes have been awarded annually since 1988. The full release is available below.
