We make LOTSA mistakes in our lives. Some are BIG mistakes and some are small and we hope NOT to make anymore mistakes. However, we sometimes do not realise that when once we decide it also affect other peoples life? We may be able to live with the consequence of our decision. But do we sacrifice others as well? Can we live with it? Especially if it concerns the life of the others loved ones and family. Being a husband and a father we are faced with this decision making repeatedly. Some people may decide to their benefit and gain for their family or their happiness while sacrificing friendship and some other may have no choice but to make do with what they have even if their family wont benefit from it. What saddens me the most is when these people decided and clearly it was a bad decision. They blame the victim of their decision for not understanding how difficult of a decision it was for them or that they just didnt foresee the outcome. They dont take ownership of the situation they created. Instead, the victim now is the culprit and is seen to be in the wrong. When it is actually a malice of forethought done by them. These type of people are NOT LEADERS. They are con-artistes. They are oppessors. If you know one, oust them out. The power is in your hands.
