We make mistakes not because we are weak or stupid. Even the most intelligent of us make mistakes, that is to ensure we never forget that we are human and God is God. Beating yourself up for the mistakes you made is like wishing you never make mistakes and thats asking to be God. You will make mistakes from time to time because you are human. Forget about the mistakes you made in the past and focus on the future. The only thing you need to remember about your mistakes is the lessons you learned from them. Life is just too short to have time to wallow in the past. The time we have is only enough for us to deal with the present and focus on the future no matter how much baggage the past gave us, we are always strong enough to carry it until we reach our destiny. The more baggage you have may we be an indication of just how strong you are. Because you are in the present, there always two places that will keep calling you, your past and your future and its always your choice which one you listen to. I chose the future.
