We may hate him, but Obama is actually doing us a favor right now. He is ignoring Congress (again) and doing whatever he wants. Granted the prisoner exchange was an executive power trip, and he is having a lawsuit levied against him for it, but this time he is doing it for the right reasons. He is getting together with other world leaders to enact an agreement that would regulate powerhouse nations CO2 emissions. He is trying to save the health of the planet. Congress in this situation would drag their feet because they arent going to aggressively pursue something that will cost them money like the reduction of big oil. He may be a sub par leader but at least he is acknowledging our hellish future and trying to do something about it. There will be economical issues arise especially from the weaker economic countries and even here in the States, but its always hard to fix something youve been doing the wrong way for so long. For the sake of tomorrow, we must change today.
