We miss Dakota so. We varied from our family standard and lost a great dog. Our family has always had Shelties and their name needed to start with an S. We have had Shelbie, Scruffy, Sadie and Snickers. Our kids have Shasha, Suzie and Sophie. We varied with a Aussie named Dakota. Trying again with an Aussie named Sydney. She is a sweetie. She has already done what we could never get Dakota to do, she sleeps in her kennel. She got a clean bill of health from the vet and thinks Sydney will be the mini dispite the fleas we brought back from Iowa. At 16 weeks she is smaller than Dakota was at 8. She will never play frisbee like Dakota but fills the empty space in our hearts. meet Sydney our frist Aussie with an S name and what better name than Sydney for an Aussie.
