We must learn to not feed the illusions of our minds. They are negative energy which holds us captive. Captive & chained to our fears, regrets, shortcomings, failures, & missed opportunities. We are not our past, it does not interpret our present state. Most importantly, it does not determine the future of our lives. If we feed the illusion, it is contrary however. Remember just as positive thoughts will change & envelop your life, so much is true of negative thoughts. They will cloud & trap you in a state where nothing will ever change, no matter what you do.
