We must take consideration into how we treat others. Our treatment - TopicsExpress

We must take consideration into how we treat others. Our treatment of others is a barometer of the treatment that will be rendered unto us. The difference is that that which we have sown will be magnified because it is no longer a seed, but it has now become the harvest result of the seed that we have sown. God only requires two things of us in consideration of our relationship with Him and with others: 1) love Him with all of our heart, with all of our soul and with all of our mind, and 2) love our neighbors as we love ourselves (Matt. 22:37-40). In doing so, we will have fulfilled the whole of Christian disciplines as true disciples of Christ. Allowing love to govern and consume our every thought, word, and action will demonstrate that we are indeed true disciples of Christ and will be evidence that the love of the Father dwells within us (Jn. 15:8-13; 1 Jn. 4:7-21). The Bible teaches us several things: 1) that God is love, 2) God is a Spirit, and 3) God is the Author and Giver of life. Therefore, if God is love, and God is a Spirit, and God is the Source of life, then we must accept and understand that love, too, is a spirit and is alive as well. Anything that has life has the God-given ability to grow and become greater than it was when it began to exist. Therefore, our love for one another should continue to grow as we allow it to continue to manifest through our thoughts, words, but most importantly, our deeds. Practice showing love to one another daily and it will become a wellspring of life to both the giver and the recipient of it...#thinkonthesethings
