If you have thought about earning $50 for 30 minutes of your time answering questions on the phone (about your childs growth hormone treatments) but have not done it yet...PLEASE do it. Below are all the details- we really need your help to finish this off! Remember, not only do you get $50 but MAGIC also gets a donation to help us pay for the convention this summer. We cannot do this without you! Thanks! Here are the details.... They are looking for patients and caregivers opinions. Patients must be over the age of 14 and up to the age of 25. Caregivers qualify if their kids are up to age 13. The interview is about the difficulties of the shots, such as burning, waiting time, refrigeration, etc. The client (drug company but we dont know which one) is trying to see where and what improvements need to be made to make treatment easier and more convenient. The interview takes approximately 20-30 minutes by phone and participants would need to be at a computer during the interview showing different scenarios. The patient/caregiver will be sent a check for $50 for completing the survey etc. and they will also be making a small donation to The MAGIC Foundation for participation. They are looking for participants with different conditions requiring HGH such as/but NOT LIMITED TO: Growth hormone deficiency, idiopathic short stature, Prader - Willi Syndrome, Turner Syndrome and SGA. (All endocrine disorders requiring HGH qualify) They are also looking for a small sample of users/caregivers that have SWITCHED HGH medication. Call 815-744-7950.
