We need a make a stand for our freedom from legal oppression. I have made a stand in my own small way I am refusing too give evidence in a case. It is a minor offense and no real harm was done, I am refusing to help the police convict a person. My evidence is critical as I am the only witness. They have threatened me with a summons to appear but like I said to them, you may get me in there but I really dont have to answer any questions. I think if it is not something serious we all should withdraw from helping the Crown in their cases. Notice I used I THINK.. I am not advising you on what to do, just suggesting to you all what we should do to get back our freedom that every Australian who went to war for. Freedom from persecution and oppression from out of control Governments. We dont need one Ned Kelly, we need a state of Ned Kellys
