We need evolution not a revolution. I believe that there is no deference between a pashtoon and serving military officer. I can support my statement from the past events. Although the message I want convey here is that we must utilize their talent. It is the utmost need of time to end this mutiny which is our own creation. Army taught their students that Honor is bigger than life. While, it is an inborn trait of every Pashtoon: particularly those who live in mountains and have low literacy rate. Today, government must pay attention towards their younger generation. They may be utilized by different militant wings which means increase in ongoing insurgency. That we cant afford at any cost. So, more cadet colleges should be incorporated in these areas. It is a movement of pride to see our Cadet brothers in military uniforms: mainly their love and respect for our culture.
