We need to Change this otherwise we will remain with Incompetent people running our football ' FUFA ELECTORAL CODE 2012' For any person to be eligible for the candidature of the FUFA President ,he shall have served in one or acombination of any of the following positions for atotal of at least 7 years in the last 10 years. a)Excutive committe member of CECAGA,CAF,FIFA b) Excutive committe member of FUFA c) Chief Executive Office/General Secretary of FUFA d) FIFA Accredited Administration Instructor e) Chairman of a member of FUFA SIGNED BY Lawrence Mulindwa and Edgar Watson.
