We need to be tolerant (and helpful) - Now !!!! Yesterday night faced a life threatening accident in Garia More ( a Car coming from tollygunge lost control and hit me, but luckily, as the driver has been able to apply the brake at the last minute, I sustained some minor injury - but as the head bumped against the front of the car after falling , need to go to a hospital later to confirm nothing serious happened - I am safe and sound now) - but what disturbed me most that while I was on the road, instead of people helping me (except one), everyone started to attack the driver, within a second someone picked up a stone and crashed the car window.. was astonished to see either people are just indifferently going away or joining the mob to attack - as i stood up, finding me to be fine, few asked me to join the beating and thrashing.. briefly, I was also in rage, but then get my control back and started to stop the mob - the mob facing such a not so normal scenario slowly calmed down .. I can proudly claim to my son that I have been able to practice, what I try to preach
