We need to reprogram the people to understand that this is not about saving the Constitution. This is about living according to the precepts, the designs that were engineered so wisely, so thoughtfully, into that document, that prescribe the relationship between the governed, and those who govern. We give the authority to the governors via the Constitution. Its a limiting document. There is no function of government that is allowed in there, that is greater than is what the minimum is needed to accomplish its purposes... It reduces the powers of government, and spreads them out as far and wide as possible for one purpose. To stop any one man or group, from being able to divert us, Al Capone style, into their little kingdom, their little rule, even at the point of a gun... What is it that is giving the Federal government that is giving them the power... It is the money.
