We need transparency, we want people to see what we spend THEIR taxes on But we also want them to like us still. we still need the votes Of course, not transparency, transparency. Tory transparency. Political transparency. Well invent a category, lump a load of stuff in it and make it sound bad. Can we call it scroungers, chavs, junkies and darkies? How about Welfare? Perfect! can we put teachers pensions in there? Of course And child protective services Of course. Just put a load of expenditure in their that NO ONE EVER would relate to the word welfare. It needs to be the biggest colour on the pie chart. Who is doing the printing on these things?
