We need your help! Many of you may remember Timber... our boy who nearly died after being poisoned and made the most miraculous recovery we have ever seen. Well not only is Timber in perfect health, but he has spent the past month in a foster home so we could better learn his needs to ensure the most successful adoption possible. Timber is now ready to find his forever family, and were hoping all of you can SHARE this far and wide to help us unite him with his new family. A bit about Timbers personality and needs: 1. Timber is around 10mo-1yr, 45lbs, and an unbelievably handsome shepherd mix. 2. Timber is pure love and joy. He adores his people and LOVES other dogs and cats. Hes a kissing and cuddling machine! Because of this, Timber needs to have a canine companion. He would be very lonely as an only-dog. 3. Timber seems most comfortable around women, but could do well with a patient, mellow guy, as well. The most important thing is he is with patient, loving, relaxed people. He has never shown any aggression, rather he gets nervous and retreats to his crate when scared. 4. The chaos of the city makes Timber nervous, so ideally he would have a small backyard or be in the burbs so he didnt have to rely solely on city leash walking to relieve himself. 5. Timber is crate-trained and almost 100% potty-trained. He loves to chew on bones and can easily entertain himself with a good chew toy! 6. Timber is hands-down one of the most tender, affectionate, resilient dogs who has stolen our hearts in a way we didnt think possible.
