We normally have to be extra cautious operating the trains during the holiday months, Thanksgiving, Christmas etc.! The world is in such a state of chaos and discontent that now its a daily task! We had a person lay on the tracks at Del Norte yesterday, thank God the operator was able to stop the train just feet from running over the person! The operator was very much affected even though they didnt hit the person! Then another today! The person was hit but still alive from what I hear! Pray for the operator! As well as the hopeless person that would try to end their life by jumping in front of a 10 car train! No matter how strong we may think we are, Im sure something like hitting someone with one of those trains, even though its through no fault of your own, has to be a traumatic thing!! Father I pray protection for all of my coworkers! And for the passengers we carry! I pray that You will bind spirits of despair and hopelessness and loose spirits of joy, hope, peace, contentment and love! In Jesus name! We need You Lord!!
