We now have a house in Surprise AZ! We found it online so Dougs Mom was our eyes on the ground & she agreed it was fantastic! Its a 2100 sq ft ranch style 3 bd rm, 2 bath, separate office for Dougle, eat in kitchen, family room, formal dining, pool, personal putting green, & the Best thing is besides being $1,000 less expensive than our current home it also has 33 solar panels to help with our utility bills & special sun screens to beat the AZ sun/heat. It feels so real now that we have our new Team Perez AZ home base! Counting down until February 2nd!
