We now have a list of dates with MDTC for joint use of the field (see below). These dates are selected so they do not clash with other events that I am aware of. If you elect to have an Associate Membership (£6/year) then you are free to turn up on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each Month and pay your £3 to MDTC direct for use of the field and equipment. The advantages of associate membership are (I) insurance coverage (II) MDTC committee have passed a proposal to purchase a new scale which is excellent news indeed! For Associate Membership - please PM me your details (Name, Address and email address) and I will coordinate with MDTC. Joint dates 16th March 6th April 4th May 1st June 6th July 3rd August 2nd November 7th December Additional dates, I have booked are 8th June, 27th July, 24th August, 23rd November - equipment access - we need to bring our own so let me know iffy should cancel these? Scale purchase - should we source locally or an Adjustable scale from Rob Roberts?
