We offer our deepest condolences to the Sue Sorrells family in the wake of her passing. Sue and her husband of 57 years, Kermit, were longtime Iraan residents, raising their children-Sandra, Phillip and David-here. Kermit Sorrells is a former Iraan-Sheffield Independent School District Superintendent. Church services for Mrs. Sorrells will be Thursday, August 7, 2014, at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church (500 West Live Oak, 325-625-3501) in Coleman, TX. Graveside services will be Friday, August 8, 2014 at 3 p.m. at the Claude, TX cemetery. Viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, August 6, at Henderson Funeral Home (1600 S. Concho, Coleman, TX 76834, 325-625-2121) in Coleman.Visitation will be Wednesday, August 7, from 6 to 7, also at Hendersons. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that those wishing to make donation should consider a remembrance to The Order of the Eastern Star for school supplies or to the American Cancer Society.
