We picked up pup yesterday and brought her home to the pack. She acted like we had been gone a month, if I only had a fraction of that energy. She has now settled into her normal routine with lots of heavy sighs that seem to be saying, "Life is good." I ran errands yesterday for my mother and myself, then came home and fell into bed for a much deserved nap. After making dinner I found my bed again and slept off and on for about 12 hours. I finally feel rested :) The bags are not unpacked and have been left in the bedroom, the living room, and even the kitchen. The house is a wreck, but we are home and life is definitely good. I think Sunday will have to be all about unpacking and getting the laundry started while reclaiming the house as an actual living space. We had a wonderful time with family and friends, learned so much, and really enjoyed our time in Branson. I have to admit that I had a hard time keeping up this year. Although I made it to every service, I was ready to collapse at the end of each and every day. Branson has never been one of our favorite places but it seems to have gown on us this year, either that or the company was exceptional, maybe a little of both :)
