We pray for peace with an undertone of hatred for a brother whose only difference is the color of his skin or the belief in his god or the choice to be with another man, or any other ideas we decide as prejudice, but is not the hatred we hold condemnation to our own soul? Until we can place these feelings of hate that separate us from each other, how can we ever show His love. His love is pure and without prejudice, and so should ours be to every man. -Ed w.
