We promised Tasmanians we would rip up the Labor Green job destroying forest deal and that is exactly what we have done today with the passage of the Forestry (Rebuilding the Forest Industry) Bill 2014. Labor, in contrast have proven that they remain glued to the hip of the Greens by siding with the Greens, yet again, by voting against the Bill. Bryan Green also reconfirmed he is still Green by name, Green by nature and has not listened or learned from the community for his sell out of industry. Through filibuster, tricky but ultimately futile amendments, delays and other attempts to frustrate, Labor and the Greens have voted against the legislation that will rebuild our forestry communities. The Liberals are committed to rebuilding our forestry industry and creating jobs and we will continue to deliver on our election promises. Brooksy
