We promised to tell you about the wine harvest festivals so you can try the famous “burčák” or some of great Czech wines. There are actually two festivals this weekend. One of them takes place at the Prague Castle in St. Wenceslas Vineyard (Svatováclavská vinice) on 28th and 29th September – you will find there many Czech wines, something good to eat, this all accompanied by a great view of Prague. The second one takes place in less touristic area (but not less crowded during the festival) – in Náměstí míru at Vinohrady district on Friday (September 27) from 2 pm and in Havlíčkovy sady on Sunday (September 28) starting also at 2 pm. The theme of the festival is Czech myths and legends.. Learn to say “Na zdraví!” (cheers)
