We r the pioneers and the market leaders in warehouse business in - TopicsExpress

We r the pioneers and the market leaders in warehouse business in the entire north bengal for the last 20 yrs and we let out warehouses to various MNCs on rental basis....the TMC and CPIM govt have destroyed the prospects of doing business in bengal to such an extent that our valuable clients like vodafone nestle r reducing the warehouse spaces and r more intersted in investing outside bengal...when I asked them for the reason they said that who will expand business in such a state whr the political unrest is maximum and the labour union is a big problem....I completely agree with them because even 4rm my personal experience I hv seen that if someone builds a warehouse in delhi or mumbai govt gives them subsidy or tax exemption initially but over here forget about getting subsidy....we have to pay huge taxes and then there is the problem of labour unions unrest which leads to various other problems and ultimately a person will die due to huge bank laon and tension....so even we r investing outside bengal....check out our website pearproperties.in Most of the tea gardens in north bengal hv shut down due to the labour union problems and political unrest. So many industries hv already shut down in howrah. The TMC and CPIM govt only takes bribes and doesnt do any work. I seriously hope that in 2016 assembly elections the people of bengal make a wise decision and vote for BJP if they do good wrk in central in this 1.5yrs time.....otherwise bengal will continue to remain a backward state forever.....no one can save bengal after that......Its time for all the people of bengal to wake up and make a wise decision for 2016 state elections......if there is no industrialization hw will a state improve and hw will the unemployment probs reduce which will ultimately lead to the betterment of the nation and help our country become poverty free.
