We realise that people might be eager to finalise things with their auction items, but we ask that everyone please have a little patience. Many of you may not know that Precious Hearts is run entirely by volunteers who give up their own time to do this. We all have jobs and children to look after and it is disappointing when we receive rude messages complaining that no one has responded to them. We are juggling this between working our normal jobs, looking after small children and taking care of our families. We are doing our best and will respond as soon as humanly possible
