We really dont know who we are un-till all hell breaks loose in our lives. Remember that God has designed you to endure the test and trials you will encounter. Remind yourself that God is in charge and that He will not allow you to be tempted more than you can bare. Your job is to suck it up like a soldier and praise your way thru the wilderness there is light on the other end of the tunnel just press on and endure the journey dont get stuck in the middle because compacency sucks.
