We really try our best to make everyone happy when they visit St. Elmos Coffee Pub and if we cant make you happy at least you get good service and a quality product. A lady came in today and asked for water for her dog. We let her know there are water dishes outside for pets. She said the water in the dishes was frozen. No problem. We asked if she could please bring a dish in so that we could refill it. Now imagine sucking on a lemon and saying NEVERMIND! Here is a person who has not purchased anything, made a request that we tried to honor and was nasty to us. The cherry on the cake, the water in the dishes was not frozen. A true puzzlement. Is this the face of the new Del Ray?
