We receive on earth 7 times as much energy from the Sun as humanity needs for its built up society. 40% of the Suns rays are needed by the planet. So theres at least THREE TIMES as much 100% free energy we can use and make the price of energy 0. If people are scared about the (huge) margin of error - heres my additional plan - we put an orb into space which collects solar energy and which is never allowed to be between the earth and the sun, so no radiation meant for earth is usurped by the orb.
