We received a call that someone had stolen and heavily damaged multiple mailboxes between the 700 block and 1600 block of NW 150th Avenue. Someone stole a black 1990 Chevy Blazer, valued at $4,000, from the property of Gibson Customs on North Hwy 441 An unlocked shed within the fenced property located in the 15-Thousand block of NE 141st Place in Fort McCoy was entered and someone stole a Murray push-mower, miscellaneous hand tools, and gasoline for a total loss of $1,000. Someone entered the fenced property of a home in the 15-Thousand block of SE 103rd Terrace in Summerfield and stole 25 bicycles, 15 weed eaters, 12 drills, 4 lawn mowers, and other miscellaneous flea market items. Total loss was over $9000. A home in the 200 block of NW 53rd Court in Ocala Ridge was broken into and someone stole a gold necklace valued at $500. It was reported to us that a white male approximately 20 years of age with red hair came to a home in the 18-thousand block of E. Hwy 40 at the Mill Dam Resort to see an ATV that was for sale. The victim stated that the suspect came into his home and was left alone for a few moments and then they exited to see the ATV. After returning into the home the victim noticed that his black and chrome Bersa Thunder .380 cal handgun was missing from the drawer of his end table. That is all for this Taco-tastic Tuesday!
