We received this email from one of our customers today: In the middle of a big job, my laser decided to take an unannounced vacation late Saturday night. Troubles affect my stomach & I felt like I had just eaten the world’s supply of jalapenos in one setting. Early Sunday morning I sent an e-mail to Randy Allen telling him of my troubles - expecting a call or e-mail some time Monday morning. Lo & behold, I got an e-mail back in about 15 minutes..... Randy replied ‘ what can I do?’ By 10 o’clock Monday morning I was back up & running. Have you ever heard of Service like that? Now folks, if you’re not a customer of Engraving Concepts, that’s your fault & I have no sympathy for you. ~RWL (Ft. Worth)
