Kayla’s Custom Cleaning is professional, customized cleaning service that meets your individual needs. Kayla started as a sole proprietor in 2001, and KCC has been growing ever since. Our customers have the freedom of choosing their own budget and we assist them in setting up a cleaning schedule and routine that stays within their chosen budget while also meeting their cleaning needs. Our company is built on our customized, customer-centered model. This model, coupled with our professional staff that cleans at a high-quality level, is paramount to our success as a company and makes us unique in our industry. 2. What are 3 important questions to discuss with your home cleaners before hiring them? 1) How much money would you like to spend per month? 2) What are your top cleaning priorities for your home? 3) How can we work within you and/or your family’s schedule to be of the most help and greatest convenience? 3. If you could, please walk our readers through the general home cleaning process: The home cleaning process starts with a free in-home consultation in which the customer meets with a representative from our company to show us their home, give us an overview of their cleaning needs, and then we’ll sit down with the customer and work together to customize the service for them. 4. Should clients prepare for the home cleaning, and if so how? We understand that customers actually live in their homes, so we clean your home “as is.” Our team is trained to clean in a variety of environments. It is not necessary to clean up before the team arrives. We are happy to pick up, straighten, and organize if you would like. 5. Is the payment for home cleaning services typically a set price or hourly? Our hourly rate is $38 per hour, so the price is entirely dependent upon how much cleaning the customer would like to have done. Hourly rates are slightly higher if the appointment is less than 2.5 hours. 6. If I don’t like the way someone cleaned my house, what can I do about it? We thrive on customer feedback. Every customer will receive a “checking in” email after their first appointment. In this first follow-up email we strongly encourage feedback, and continue to encourage feedback for the remainder of the time we provide service to you. Any and all concerns will be addressed within 24 hours and we will immediately begin working on a fair solution you. No concern is left unaddressed. Our office staff is always ready to help with any question or concerns that you may have. 7. Can I hire you for a one-time job? You can absolutely hire us for a one-time job. All it takes is some basic information and we can have an appointment set up in minutes. We do many one-time cleanings for move-outs, move-ins, spring/fall cleaning, parties, house showings, or other special events.
