We rejoice with ourselves on the 54th Independence Anniversary of our Country, Nigeria. It has to be remembered that through a concerted effort, our leaders struggled and freed this country from Colonial Rule in 1960 and the Administration of the Country has been in the hands of Nigerians since then. With all its challenges, including internal political strife, disagreement, civil war etc Nigeria is a country that is reckoned with internationally. It is my considered view that its time to develop Nigerians through the unit- families to obtain independence from unemployment, under-employment, armed bandittries ,corruption, victimization and allied vices that are thriving in the country. To do this is to tap our abundant resources and opportunities which are lurking around as tools for our development through individual ingenuity, creativity, innovation, determination and doggedness to achieve. We could not attain our visionary high level of development if we continue to depend solely on the government and on our comatose companies for our liveli- hood .
