We safely traveled today to my parents home in Crockett to find out just before we got there, we had forgotten the turkey we were in charge of bringing. Luckily, we were able to stop at a throw back, side of the road, passed a million times, no way Im going in there, kinda of place in Elkhart Texas, to find a beautiful frozen like a rock Jennie O turkey for a fraction of the cost compared to what we paid for in Plano, which still sits in our garage refrigerator. If you ask Erika where the turkey came from, she says its a gas station turkey. Really, my child? The did not sell gas there. That was sold just next door. Happy Thanksgiving to all our friends and family.
