We said our goodbyes to our friend and teammate, Keith Moose Page today at 2:20pm. It was a privilege and honor to be there with him & Janet, and our teammates and friends, to experience what I can only describe as one of the most heart wrenching, yet beautiful experiences in my life. To see that much love, with 20 of his friends, teammates and family crammed into his room to see him off was amazing. The doctors could tell from the look in our eyes that it was no use asking us to wait outside. Its quite obvious what an impact Moose made during his life. Even in death, while his soul is joining our teammate, Chuck, on Gods XV Select Side, Moose continues to do good deeds by being an organ donor. We were told that he will go on to help over 100 patients with his generosity. To Janet, I can only say thank you- you are a rock and Keith was lucky to have you. Rest assured you will never walk alone. I post these thoughts in a public forum, in the hopes that people will see and recognize what a giant Keith Moose Page was, and take a page from his play book and do some good every day. Maybe thats part of His plan. Consider the following: Never take anything for granted, for you just never know. Have discussions with your loved ones about being an organ donor. To quote Warren Zevon, Enjoy every sandwich. As we say on the pitch, we say today: With You!, now and forever. You will be sorely missed. Safe Journey, my friend.
