We saw the Dr yesterday. He said everything is looking great! Jays counts have recovered along with his kidney function. Neutrophils look great with no sign of leukemia but we will go for a bone marrow biopsy tomorrow to be certain. The clots in his lungs will still need to be treated for the next 6 months. We will start phase 4 on Monday. Dr. Erba said that this is the last intensive phase then we start the maintenance chemo! Maintenance chemo will last roughly 3 years (with no complications). Please keep Jay in your thoughts and prayers as he enters phase 4. He will not be feeling well over the holidays and hopefully we can keep him well through the cold/flu season. Thank you all so much!
