We saw this little one the other night when Honey and I were on our way home from a meeting at Ate Gings house. The leash is very short. The poor kid cant even sleep with his head down. He is really hanging his head when he sleeps. This was in Pardo, the access road near the tricycle waiting area. Its not a route that I usually take so this is the first time I saw the dog. From what I can tell, this little fella gets soaked when it rains. He has no where to go because of his ridiculously short leash and there is no roof over his head. Ive asked Ate Ging along with some IRO members to accompany me later to talk to the owner of this dog. The owner needs to know he is maltreating the poor little angel and there is a law protecting these little furry ones from such cruel act.. We will meet this afternoon at 4pm at near Pardo Church. ~Gerald
