We say goodbye this week to our head weightlifting instructor Rich Kite. Rich has been an extremely valued and important addition to the gym, first as one of our founding members, secondly as a coach, but most importantly as a friend to myself and many others at PPG. While primarily a passionate weightlifter Rich has turned out time and again to support his friends at Powerlifting and Strongman competitions, and to offer his advice and encouragement during training sessions. HIs passion for all things weightlifting has left a lasting impression on the gym and his influence will hopefully be felt for years to come as the PPG WLC, a legacy of this passion, continues to spread the word! Rich, we wish you all the best in London,and have no doubt that you will continue on to bigger and better things in the future. All the best mate, your friends/family at PPG.
