Either worried about so much it comes out "all over the place" or so much energy and focus on mechanical technique that the food while a beautiful work of art has no "soul" ... This is NOT a metaphor. It is actual. Practical. Scientifically logical. When one focuses on purely technique the are only executing with conscious mechanical mind. Hey have not placed the higher mind, subconscious mind to work in it. There is no FEELING so to say. Actual FEELING into the dish. It naturally comes out much "colder" and while technically perfect, beautiful, and appealing to the eye on the outside ... Inside we find, feel, a great deal lacking. Only a higher intellect can understand this. One that if you only truly consider for a moment you will find true. Our Kindest Regards
