We seem to be growing increasingly conscious of the ancient - TopicsExpress

We seem to be growing increasingly conscious of the ancient teachings. There is no shortage of posts concerning Kemet (Ancient Egypt); however, the level of ignorance concerning the importance of understanding what must be done in the moment in which we live is staggering. We do so much while doing nothing. We post memes and great quotes, but we take no action. We boycott Black Friday, but not really! We pretend that all is well while providing every excuse in the book about why we really dont need to focus on this economic empowerment thing. Where is the accountability and commitment necessary to ignite a movement with enough force to thrust us into the stratosphere of greatness? Listen, greatness is not a birthright, it is an inherent responsibility; however, greatness is not achieved solely through potential, but through the actualization of that potential. When we dont live up to our potential, we have failed our design. it is time to step up! It is simple, there is much work to be done. That kinda boycott on Black Friday was nothing but a joke. I commend those of you who participated, you at least get it on some level. Unfortunately, the lack of unity in situations like this is what white supremacy banks on. They count on divisiveness. They count on a strong media push to convince the weak minded to get out and shop. I have been saying this a lot lately, but I will endeavor to make my point again. We are the only people in the history of mankind to actively finance our own genocide. We are literally taking money out of our community and placing in the hands of the very ones who seek our demise. It is mind blowing. Those Jordons dont stop the bullets of cops. The flat screen TV only serves to further the miseducation of our youth. That Michael Kors bag has no power to create the political clout you need to influence the decision that impact your community. Yet, there you are being a consumer instead of a producer. Many of you will allow yourself to be distracted by the news surrounding the reinstatement of Ray Rice into the NFL, but you will miss entirely the fact that the entire story was used as a buffer to distract blacks from a much larger and profound issue. It is time to overcome our spiritual blindness. It is time to elevate our way of thinking. It is time to stop majoring in the minor. Allow me to be lucidly clear here: We are getting molywopped, and it seems as if we dont even care. It is time to stand up and step out. Get your head into the game. If you are not currently working with a group or organization that is actively applying solutions to the enigmatic issues that we are facing as a race of people, you need to start now.
