We should all be asking (1) what is the link between-Deputy Principal Gavin Woods’ suicide note, in which he wrote I cant live without her...-and (2) a District Director of the Education Department deciding he would suspend from duties Gavin Woods (then) current Principal (P.P.)and two of her senior Deputy Principals (R.B. and K.R.). Gavin Woods had been an educator for a total of 10 years, the three suspended educators had teaching experiences that were in excess of 120 years. Principal P.P. waited two years [2013] before a Coroner’s Court found there was no evidence that she-the Principal-had bullied Gavin Woods and he had never said that himself. The two Deputy Principals (R.B. and K.R.) are still waiting for the same justice for themselves. During the 2013 Coronial Inquest [into the death of G.W.] Education Department employees, SWORE WHILST UNDER OATH IN THE CORONIAL COURT no concerns for the welfare, health and safety of staff and students at B.S.S. whilst the Principal had been the Principal at B.S.S. for the previous 19 years. The Department had to agree there had been a mistake-the Principal’s career, reputation and good health had been damaged by the unreasonable management action of one of its senior employees. The man responsible is no longer employed by the Education Department: which is small comfort to R.B. and K.R. The Education Department still refuses to acknowledge that R.B. and K.R. are entitled to the same justice. The Education Department told both of them natural justice is not necessary and both have been informed that their suspension from duties was reasonable management action. The fact they were told ...natural justice not necessary... means R.B. and K.R. will not receive justice. P.P. was told the same-until she appeared in the Coronial Court: afterwards the Department had to face the fact she was the victim of unreasonable management action. Her career, reputation and health were damaged by the process. Beware Public Servants-this could happen to you. For all of you who have benefited from the quality education your child received at B.S.S. [when P.P. was Principal and R.B. and K.R. were two of her Deputies] speak up now. Ask the politicians, who are supposed to represent you [be warned K.R.s did nothing for him] why there is a P.S. Act 190 (2) which allowed one Education Department employee, in a position of power and authority, to abuse that authority. That one man, unhappy he could not control ALL female employees [within his region of responsibility-a District Directors Office] located two willing and malicious educators to provide contradictory, unsubstantiated information and that one mans mates all agreed the information was accurate. For instance-at the time of their interviews-when both women were employed in different schools-the Department claim [at that time] they both worked at the same school. ...natural justice is not necessary allowed the Education Department to claim-without the need to supply any evidence-and continue to support the two malicious educators-that R.B. and K.R. had failed in their duties to report an INCIDENT WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN. PLEASE I ask you, to ask those who want to represent you, should they be elected to Government, what will they do to have justice for R.B. and K.R.? The Education Departments employees swore under oath no concerns for the welfare, health and welfare. Where is the concern for the health, welfare and safety for R.B. and K.R?
