We slipped out this evening in the rain and went over to Cecil County to check out Basin Run with water..... I came across this jewel about 8 years ago while taking a construction detour off of Md route 222 above Port Deposit.... it bottoms out at the Octorara and you can road scout this one..... 2 plus 3 miles of continuous class 2/2 plus moving water with a few ledges and maybe a 4/5 footer, rain dependent reached from the bottom off of Doctor Jack road.......... Do some exploring at the top as I feel there is access even farther up top making this run even longer.......
