We started the On The Money journey almost two years ago. It was a social experiment of sorts for ANC, a departure from its programming that targets mainly decision makers and high-level management. Its been only 24 months but the response has been a-ma-zing. An example of the best ones that keep me going is a viewer who sent me a photo of his passbook, telling me he has moved from know to do because of #SalveSays. So cool to be part of social change, one budget and emergency fund at a time. Humbling too! This medium is new to me. Trained mainly as a print financial journalist, the visual medium is a challenge. I think my partners Edric Mendoza and Melissa Gecolea, our first EP Martha Vinzons, our current EP Patrick King Pascual, our mother hen Karen Puno Igaya and our super supportive president Cilette Liboro will agree that the evolution was both interesting and fun (sometimes painful). From braces to adding and removing pesky pounds (haha), to Edrics hiphop gestures and Mels curly hair (it has a life of its own). Cheers to the many fun times on and off screen!
