We still need 4 more people to participate in a research study for chronic kidney disease (CKD). If you qualify and complete the phone interview, you will receive $75 for your time. To be eligible to participate in the survey, you must: *Must be CKD stage 3. • Diagnosed with diabetes and/or hypertension. • Kidney function less than 50%. Diagnosed with raised parathyroid hormone levels, or renal bone disease or secondary hyperparathyrodism. • Take a Vitamin D supplement.
