We succumb to anxiety about the future because we buy into the - TopicsExpress

We succumb to anxiety about the future because we buy into the mundane story and forget who and what we really are: manifestations and expressions of the same primordial consciousness and energy that produces this infinite universe. Then we take ourselves personally, meaning we believe the person we think we are is real. Person, like personality, derives from the ancient Greek word, persona, meaning mask. Its just a front. The aspect of us that shows, the aspect we normally identify ourselves by, is merely a front, the tip of an iceberg so huge itd never fit in a room. So it remains in a different dimension, while we go about our daily rounds. But just because its invisible and extant in another realm, doesnt mean it isnt there. The more we learn to identify with the primordial self, the invisible part of the iceberg, the less personally we take ourselves, hence the less prone to anxiety we are. The future will be whatever it will be. Everything works out according to a chain of cause and effect instigated at the very start of time and space. Theres no need wasting energy fighting with it or with what may be. Instead, relax, sink backwards inside, occupy your back where the strength and stillnes reside, and gently but firmly intend to thrive in all ways, implying everyone around you thrives with you, and to enjoy each and every second of the unfolding story, watching in wonder and glee as destiny does its dance. Then all you have to do is breathe slowly the whole day long, and keep an open loving heart willing to show kindness to others and receive it likewise – and to those you encounter who act in a nasty unloving way, send wishes for healing, as nastiness is s symptom of inner pain. This describes the way of the sage in a thoroughly modern and utterly mad world. Im off to the mental health center to do some work now. Enjoy your adventure today. Tantalizing Tuesday. CHI!
