We sure appreciate all of you who volunteer your time to help improve our neighborhood, bring people together, and truly make this a community...of neighbors! Well neighbors, if you have been thinking that you also would like to get involved, the following is a description of the three committees we have. We would love to have you come volunteer with us! If you are interested or would like more information, please send a message on this page with your contact information. Architectural Review Committee (ARC): Responsible for ideas and improvements to the overall scenic appearance of our neighborhood in order to create and preserve an attractive design for the community. Responsible for regulating the external design and appearance of the properties and improvements therein to protect homeowners against property value losses due to non-compliance of standards established in the "Declarations of Restrictions." Responsible to review and approve plans for any improvement to homeowner and common area property. Events Committee: Responsible for planning and hosting neighborhood activities that residents can participate in and enjoy throughout the year. A couple more Planner volunteers would be helpful, and of course volunteers who like to help on the day of the event for whatever job is needed, is always appreciated. Welcoming Committee: Responsible for reaching out to new residents and ensuring they are made to feel welcome. Committee members take a basket with homemade baked goods, a plant, and other small items to warmly welcome our neighbors to their new home. Looking forward to what we can do...together!
