The issue here is totally around accessing the building & people with a disability being able to access it from the same entrance as other people. This is a new building, not one that has stood for a couple of hundred years or more, making adaptations difficult. We visited the Premier Inn while looking for facilities to hold an event that included several local organisations. We saw the difficulties & a member experienced the difficulties. It must be said all the staff were/are very helpful and they want to help every guest/visitor. The staff have received excellent training and were able to answer our questions & invited us to see the bedrooms etc The facilities inside are disabled friendly ie spacious for wheelchair users, walk in showers/baths etc. The issue is purely the way people with a disability have to access the building. So please have a read and help us work towards an acceptable solution by letting us know of your experience. Thanks
