We understand the concern about the situation at our restaurant near Nashville and wanted to give you an update. Our employee will be back at work this week per her usual schedule, and has not lost a single day of work due to this situation. We are disgusted by the language used on this guest check and it has no place in our restaurant or anywhere else. However, it is against our policy to post information about guests online, and our standard procedure is to suspend the employee with pay while we determine what happened.
