We uploaded this song for the first time yesterday. Many of you have never heard it before. It wasnt written for Darrow Chemical Company, but ended up on our latest EP of odds and ends called Demos, Outtakes, & Obscurities. Im proud that this track was recorded live, the band and engineer wanted to isolate my voice and guitar from one another and multi-track it. I REALLY wanted to just go in the booth and just capture one solid take...so when I went in there to test the levels of the mic to record guitar....I just did it, I gave it my best, and they all changed their tune. I really wish that first take was recorded cause it was probably the magic one. We ended up getting it in like 3 and a half takes (I remember while tracking this take being frustrated knowing earlier takes had stronger moments) I love that you can hear the cable from the headphones hit and drag against the guitar, its the little shit like that that makes it all real. https://youtube/watch?v=m0t8QjUIX14
