We used Cocina Fusion for our wedding at Stan Mansion and they were simply wonderful. Prior to the wedding Juliana was accommodating with taste tests, understanding with questions, and she worked with our budget. On top of the great communication, the staff the day of was well prepared and on top of their game. Most importantly the food was contemporary and delicious! We couldnt have asked for anything more.
