We used to see rabbits along the banks of the Halifax river between Daytona and Ormonds Granada bridge. Not lately. I hope the cities have not poisoned them or otherwise run them off. Canon 1DsIII, 24-105, f4 IS L at 105mm. ISO 800, 1/100s @ f4.5. July 25 2009. This is a distinct subset, I believe, a swamp rabbit that prefers wetland habitat. It is the same image, just a closer crop. In Holly Hill at the park at the foot of LPGA Blvd.
